Submit your car
Fill in the valuation form — make, model, year, colour, mileage and condition — and upload one exterior and one interior photo. Two minutes, no account needed.
Partners assess it
Your submission appears in the ValuCar partner portal, where verified dealers and wholesale buyers review the details and photos and submit a firm valuation.
Compare and decide
We send you the offers as they come in. Accept the best one and arrange handover with that buyer, or ignore them all — there's no obligation and nothing to pay.
Common questions
Does it cost anything?
No. ValuCar is free for sellers. Partners pay us, you don't.
Am I obliged to sell?
Never. An offer is an offer — you can decline every one of them.
How fast are offers?
Most submissions get their first offer within 24 hours on a business day.
Who sees my details?
Only approved partner buyers, and only for the purpose of valuing your car.
What if my car is damaged?
Still submit it. Mark the condition honestly and note the damage — plenty of our buyers specialise in repairables.
Is there finance owing?
That's fine. Mention it in the notes and the buyer will handle the payout as part of the sale.
Do I need great photos?
Just clear daylight ones. Poor photos usually mean lower offers, so it's worth 30 seconds.
Can I unsubscribe?
Yes, any time — marketing contact is opt-in and every message has an unsubscribe link.
